This policy explains how NOYERA Labs Limited (RC 9927205), Lagos, Nigeria ("NOYERA Labs", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through noyeralabs.com. We are the data controller for that data.

We collect only what we need to run this website and respond to you:

• Enquiry details you send through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (if given), enquiry type, subject and message.
• Technical data our hosting provider processes when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and protect the website.
• Your light or dark display preference, which is stored only in your own browser. See our Cookie Policy.

We use your data for these purposes only:

• To read, answer and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To keep the website secure, available and working properly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a safe website.
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision making.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website.
• Resend, which delivers contact form enquiries to our inbox.
• Zoho, which provides our company email.

Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves Nigeria, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards, as required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete them sooner. Hosting providers keep technical logs for short periods set by their own policies.

• Ask us to correct or complete it.
• Ask us to delete it, or to restrict how we use it.
• Object to our use of it, and withdraw your consent at any time.
• Receive it in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email info@noyeralabs.com. We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to people at NOYERA Labs who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
